To witness the full splendor, one must trek through the expansive broad-leaved temperate forests of the Himalayas.

Embark on a meticulously planned journey that takes you through one of Uttarakhand's most stunning and relatively unexplored regions, abundant with vibrant rhododendrons. Visit three lesser-known high-altitude meadows—Dhakuri, Jaikuni Bugyal, and Bajralingadhar—in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. Traversing through temperate Himalayan oak and rhododendron forests, the trek promises a captivating blend of floral blooms and breathtaking views. Move aside, Japanese Cherry Blossom; we have our own Rhododendron Blossom in the Himalayas! A magnificent sight that is not to be missed is the rhododendron blossom that occurs between mid-Feb through the first week of April every year. Sadly (or shall we say fortunately?!) one has to trek through the broad-leaved temperate forests of the Himalayas in order to witness this phenomenon in full splendour. This carefully curated trek takes you through one of the most beautiful, unexplored regions of Uttarakhand that abound with rhododendrons.
