Guru Ram Das Jayanti or Prakash Parv is celebrated on a grand scale by the Sikhs around the world. This day marks the birth anniversary of 4th Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das, who have contributed immensely towards the Sikh Religion. Sikh followers offer prayers in Gurudwaras and serve free food to all.

402th Parkash Purab of Guru Tegh Bahadur
गुरु तेग बहादुर दस सिख गुरुओं में से नौवें थे, जिनका जन्म अमृतसर, पंजाब में अप्रैल 1621 में हुआ था. उनकी जयंती 11 अप्रैल 2023 को मनाई जा रही है. उनकी जयंती को गुरु तेग बहादुर जयंती और प्रकाश पर्व के नाम से भी जाना जाता है.

Guru Gobind Singh ji is known as Sant Sipahi (Saint & Soldier) who founded the Khalsa panth to stand against the atrocities and forced conversions by muslim rulers. He sacrificed his whole family for the cause of humanity

Today is the martyrdom day of Sahibzadas Baba Ajit Singh ji and Baba Jujhar Singh ji. They fought against a army of lakhs of Mughal while they were hugely outnumbered (only 40) in small fortress of Chamkaur. They got martyred this day for our Motherland. Waheguru ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh!
