When you do venture out with your vehicle, we are ideally located between Kailua-Kona and Hilo, making day trips to either side of the island's attractions easy, and dining in the two local communities of Naalehu or Pahala a breeze. We're also only a short half hour drive to Volcanoes National Park and its awesome eruption shows. A short drive takes you to Papakolea, our incredible GREEN Sands Beach, or tour nearby Kula Kai Caverns in Ocean View, South Point, and Wood Valley. The unit itself features a comfy king bed, a pull-out sofa with a queen-sized quality mattress, a spacious bathroom with shower and a well-stocked kitchen. We’ve decided to sell our sweet spot on Kona!!! It’s been wonderful to stay there and renovate this space but we’d like to now buy a house on Kona so we can have even more friends and family visit, and spend some of that time together! Go figure. Our wonderful property manager Julie is also a realtor, so has listed this for us, and will walk anyone through the process of buying this little turnkey Air BnB gem. Great rental history in an incredible location.

Just enjoyed a week at our lovely getaway and on the last day their, our brand new hybrid king bed arrived. Looking forward to sleeping on it next fall!!
