We are on our way to creating a community-centric hospitality brand for everyone.

During the last 4 years (especially after COVID), we have realized that everyone needs a .

It's not just a digital nomad problem.

While it's easy to form your circle during the first 20 years of life, it gets harder and harder thereafter.

That means, early-career professionals need their community.

Mid-career ones need their like-minded community.

Childless couples need their community.

Parents need their community.

Retirees need their community.

And NomadGao is just touching the surface by creating a community of mid-career digital nomads.

There is a lot more to do to drive authentic human connection across the spectrum.

That's why we decided to launch Calm Hostel - a work-friendly hostel brand focused on young professionals and creators.

Calm Hostel will have NomadGao signatures like coworking, ergonomic seating, and great internet. Comfortable dorms will replace cozy private rooms.

The karaoke, game nights, skillshares, and other gatherings at NomadGao will be a part of the Calm Hostel lineup too with loads of young energy around.

What it won't have is the party atmosphere of backpacker hostels. The focus will be a lot more on mindfulness, health, learning, and connection.

Since cities build the hustle in young professionals in their early career years, we are also looking at setting up Calm Hostels in cities and peripheries with select partners.

We are launching the first Calm Hostel this quarter between Mumbai and Pune 😉

The secret to making the best of your remote life isn't retirement. You can do what you want when you bid farewell to your organisation, but you don't need to!

You can work and play if you focus and get things done. Yeah, I know how you take a 15-minute break after 10 minutes of work and THAT is exactly why you're still working 8 hours.

A mindful shift towards deep work, setting boundaries and refocusing your energy on living well will save you so much time!

The Calm Hustle is an intentional incorporation of all things good and slow - just how the mountain cows do it. (We personally interviewed them). Even Goans love their 3-hour afternoon breaks when all shops are closed and time is spent napping, chatting and resting.
