Job Description

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.



Responsibilities

Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Collaborate with other team members
Should be able to develop a web-based application from the scratch


Skills And Qualifications

Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, React JS & Native, Javascript, jQuery UI.
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
Good knowledge of Responsive Web Designing (RWD).
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript ES6.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON.
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates.
Good knowledge of converting XD to HTML and PSD to HTML.
Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Bitbucket).


Experience:

2years+

Previous experience in a travel agency environment would be an advantage.

Candidates should have strong knowledge developing applications using ReactJS and React Native and be able to align with the development practices followed for existing projects. Should have worked with at least 3 or more real time projects and possess the ability to think for out of box solutions by applying logical and analytical skills.

Primary Skills:
1) Should be proficient in using ReactJS and React Native.
2) Expertise knowledge in handling Redux and core principles.
3) Good knowledge in RESTFUL API integrations.
4) Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
5) Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
6) Decent communication skills.
7) Should be a team player.

Secondary Skills:
1) Having PHP and MySQL knowledge is an added advantage.
2) Basic UI development with strong knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3.
