A clear morning sky turned as we started riding up the good ol’ Khardung La, started snowing at south pullu and got one worse as we climbed further up to K-top and came down hard till we reached the village of Khardung. Visibility next to nil, icicles pricking an already cold-numbed face we had to ride on as it only seemed to get worse with time! Days like these are what makes the mountains special, the only thing you predict is the unpredictability of it all 😊
