Thank you for your interest in AbraCasa. We are a small family based PVT company registered in Goa, however we have your interests and the love of your Goa Holiday Home very much in our hearts too and hopefully we will get the chance to work together to look after your place, generate you some rental income, or both!
We established our company in 2007 having just one property in Anjuna to clean when the owners came, that grew to two, three, four and now its in excess of sixty places. Our core business for many years has been property management and looking after owners guests during their stay. However in 2013 we expanded the business to include property rentals, in 2014 our new website www.abracasagoa.com was launched.

We are very flexible in the way we work, it is always better for all owners who use AbraCasa for property management to give us a small float to start us off. If that float becomes low we will write to you OR we will deduct any float money required before we pay out any rental to you.
