Our concept is primitive. Neither have we discovered anything new, nor can we create anything new! We are only trying to help our friends experience places which are unexplored, beautiful, peaceful, and can fuel our imagination! We are not a “village travel agency”, nor a “countryside tour operator”, nor an “adventure tour operator”. We are a group of friends who want to help our new friends “expe

rience” some places, which are generally isolated, not generally visited by tourists and leave us with memories – No tiger viewing, no light & sound show, and no great modern architecture – only nature in its pristine form without human decorations. Technically speaking, we are a group of professionals working with large and respected organizations. We have been running various social and development sector initiatives specifically in the hills for over last 8 years (one of our partners has been involved for over last 12 years). In one of these initiatives we conduct 3 to 4 days of workshops to help young students learn English – self learning tool. It is no co-incidence that all the places we did our workshops at used to be exceptionally beautiful and unexplored as we always selected places which were remote and devoid of these training facilities. At the same time let us confess, we are passionate travelers – we travel for travel and thus everything we did had some elements of travel in it either by default or by design! While we always used to take some of our friends to some of these beautiful unexplored places and provided free consulting services for travel destinations and travel plans we never wrote any blog or things like that. One fine day, some of our friends told us – “you guys love travel and know so many unexplored beautiful places which are not even on the Google map, why don’t you give it a shape of some kind of formal venture. This way you can live your passion and help others as well who want to experience these places”. Thus came my friend “Not On Map”!.
