We grew up watching our mother soak rice, dal and methi to make idli-dosa batter! She would know the right time to grind it in the traditional stone grinder. After fermentation, we eagerly waited for her soft idlis and crispy brown dosas! We bring to you the same home made experience, only now made in our hygienic modern plant.
