Anthraper Gardens is resuming operations managed by John Anthraper (Director of Projects) Travizone Unique Homeaways, on behalf of the descendants of Chevalier ACM Anthraper. John Anthraper is a Tourism & Hospitality professional who has worked with major travel-tech brands like Yatra.Com, Qatar Airways, Qatar Toursim Contract projects in a lead role. We shall open 5 guest rooms and an Ayurvedic clinic for wellness treatments as its resuming operations.

Anthraper Gardens' the waterfront mansion was the family residence of Chevalier ACM Anthraper, established in his property overlooking the backwaters. Chevalier ACM Anthraper was a great visionary, a prominent businessman & substantially an agriculturist by passion focusing mostly in establishing Anthraper Estates & Farms. Even though the residence is more than 100 years old, the legacy is still maintained with most of it's heritage assets by the second generation descendants. A part of the mansion is offered for guests & tourists arriving from different parts of the globe to experience Kerala's culture, heritage & leisure. A stay at Anthraper Gardens Cherthala' in Alleppey District facilitates exploring coastal hotspots like Marari Beach 14 kms, Kumarakom Backwaters 16 kms & Alleppey Backwaters 24 kms. However, the authentic local beach villages are Arthungal & Thaickal in less than 9 kms from Anthraper Gardens.

Glad to relaunch 'Anthraper Gardens' Waterfront Heritage Residence for our guests & tourists. We stopped our commercial operation since Covid19 outbreak as most of our arrivals were affected by air travel disruptions & lockdowns. We are resuming operations effective 01 September 2022, open for Domestic & International travelers. We shall operate 3 guest rooms with attached bath, indoor dining & terrace dining, waterfront garden and spacious living areas. We shall also have our homegrown vegetable garden, pets, poultry, fish farm & lush green garden, thus transforming to a 'Backwater Farmstay' Agriculture to Hospitality.
