Shelpu Bazar is a small place located in north-east part of Kurseong Town. Shelpu, Via Salugara,
Darjeeling, WB, India 734008

Places to see:
1. Aahal Dara: A beautiful picnic spot, from where you can see the entire range of Mt. Kunchanjunga, Kalimpong, Sikkim, Teesta and Riyang Rivers and plains of Siliguri and Jalpaiguri.
2. Namthing Lake: A historical lak

e whrere you can found one of the rare species of amphibian called Salamander.
3. Shelpu is also good place for hikers,trekkers and bird watchers.
5. Other attractions: Orange gardens, Cinchona plantations and many more. How to reach: There are daily taxi service available from Shelpu to major towns of Darjeeling District like Siliguri (40 kms), Kurseong (35kms), Kalimpong (approx 50 kms) and Darjeeling (approx 40 kms)
