We made our Phii Nong booking by calling them in advance and we booked all 3 cottages for 6 people.
The charges were around ₹1200 per person including all 3 meals and stay (off-season charges, might vary). What a steal, right?!
Upon requesting the owners, they arranged for us to be picked up from Bagdogra Airport in 2 cars. On the way, they ensured we visited and stopped at all the lesser known and beautiful offbeat locations.
On the day of our checkout, they again dropped us to Darjeeling and we completed all the enroute sightseeing nicely without any time constraints.
Total charges for cars - ₹14200 for 2 cars (Scorpio and Dzire) for 2 days
Phii and Nong, in Thai, stands for elder and younger sibling respectively. This homestay is run by a brother-sister and their family together! The family ensures that their guests go back remembering Tinchuley as a slice of heaven!
