Summary: We are actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess more than 3 years of proven expertise in the immigration and visa consulting field. The Senior Visa Consultant will play a key role in providing strategic guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with evolving immigration regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our visa consulting services. Role & responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' eligibility for various visas, taking into account their specific circumstances.

2. Provide expert advice on complex immigration issues and guide clients through intricate visa application processes.

3. Stay abreast of the latest developments in immigration laws and policies to offer informed and up-to-date counsel.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, embassies, and relevant stakeholders.

5. Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing insights and knowledge gained from years of experience.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and enhance overall service delivery.

7. Handle escalated client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

8. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, visa application progress, and any legal changes affecting clients.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.

2. Over 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Visa Consultant.

3. In-depth understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 6. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

7. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

8. Must have possessed knowledge about these countries- USA, Europe, Canada, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen, Singapore, UK, Malaysia & etc.
