VFL Travel Services, a leading travel company specializing in providing exceptional travel experiences, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our travel services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the travel industry, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual travelers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and leads, leveraging various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and partnerships.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of VFL Travel Services.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and changes in the market to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Travel).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the travel industry or a similar field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the travel industry, including travel products, services, and market trends.
Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
