📍 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐩 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 | 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 🇻🇳✨

One location in Northern Vietnam made us gasp with surprise at its ethereal beauty. Just a 20-minute journey from Co To Con Island took us to Carp Island by around 4 PM, when the tide was still low, revealing a sandy path stretching along the seaside. 🏝️🌊

By 5 PM, as the tide rose, the waters from both sides of the beach rushed towards each other, creating a scene like a masterpiece. Witnessing this spectacle is a matter of luck; you need to visit on a day when the water level is low and at the exact moment the tide comes in. 🕰️🌅 Most three-island tours in Co To include Carp Island in their itinerary.

This time, thanks to Dung from Co To, who took us there. Before reaching Carp Island, he made sure our group got a bit seasick, then busied us with fishing to ensure we had enough to eat, as he feared the afternoon meal wouldn’t suffice. Within 30 minutes, we caught over 3kg of fish; we landed at Co To Con and immediately cooked and devoured our catch. 🐟🔥

Besides Carp Island, there are other interesting places like Lion Island and Hole Rock. This time, Dung designed a custom itinerary for us, not following a tour, which allowed us to truly experience the sandy path when the tide rose.

Despite its beauty, Co To Island remains strangely under-visited. With its pristine scenery, crystal-clear waters, delicious seafood, and extremely friendly people, why not add Co To Island to this season's travel list? 🌴🐚
