Candidates were invited in the most recent Express Entry draw by IRCC.

For candidates for the Provincial Nominee Program, the department asked 1,548 people to apply.

The needed Comprehensive Ranking System score for applicants is 776.

A total of 3,725 applicants earned Invitations to Apply in an all-program draw on October 10 results, which were followed by this draw.

A CRS of 500 is required for candidates.

IRCC provided Access to Information Request describing new guidelines for how the PNP distributes allocations to the provinces.

The maximum number of candidates that provinces can invite through the PNP is set. Each province and territory receives a set amount of nominations from the federal government each year.

All of the privileges associated with being a Canadian, such as the ability to vote in national elections, obtaining a social insurance number (SIN), having access to free healthcare, obtaining a driver's license, and possessing one of the most powerful passports in the world, are only available to those who can demonstrate their Canadian citizenship.

The results of employer inspections in the fiscal year 2022–2023 have been made public by Employment and Social Development Canada

94% of the 2,100 employers examined, according to the research, complied with the regulations. On the website of IRCC, a list of the 6% who were found to be non-compliant is available.

IRCC has issued 600 ITAs in the first ever category-based Express Entry draw for agriculture and agri-food occupations.

Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 354.

IRCC says focusing on candidates with experience in the agriculture and agri-food sector—including agricultural service contractors, farm supervisors, and retail and wholesale butchers—will help the sector attract the skilled talent it needs across the country.

BC , Manitoba & Quebec released provincial immigration draw results this week.

Most provinces and territories, except Quebec and Nunavut, have Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) to select the economic class immigrants who are most likely to successfully integrate into the provincial economy.
