"TALENT "(Team and Association in Learning Education & Natural Theatre) is a group of young, dynamic

Founded in 1998, TALENT - Team and Association in Learning Education & Natural Theatre that has been working in the areas of theatre and education with the children, youth and women of the resident communities of Old Delhi. TALENT has been instrumental in reviving Quissa Goi a traditional storytelling tradition native to Old Delhi. The organisation has worked with the children and youth from the l

ocal community in documenting the stories and legends of Old Delhi through numerous workshops, and has performed them to critical acclaim at various prestigious venues all over India. TALENT is associated with the Indian Mime Theatre (National Mime Institute) Kolkata and is an associated member of the National Institute of Performing Arts (NIPA) and the International Amateur Theatre Association (IATA), A Cooperate Body of UNESCO. Most of the children and youth TALENT works with come from underprivileged backgrounds with little access to opportunities to express themselves. The workshops provide these children with a creative outlet, gives them confidence, and helps them develop valuable leadership, communication and public speaking skills. By becoming practitioners of Quissa Goi the children and youth of Old Delhi also become active preservationists of their heritage, documenting and relating stories from their own community. In addition to its theatre workshops and performances, TALENT has also been organising lectures and presentations from experts in various fields, child and community development activities, and working in the area of education with programmes on creative lesson-planning, and providing computer education and facilities to local children at its centre. TALENT is also in the process of taking this forward and developing heritage walks through the Old Delhi that incorporate the Quissa Goi tradition. Visitors to the area will be taken on walks through the area by local guides who will perform stories that relate to the local sights and monuments they encounter. These walks will also be translated into Heritage Maps/guides that will be available for sale to the public. While typical heritage walks that mainly focus on the important landmarks of the area, these walks are drawn from the collective memories of the community and showcase not just the important places but also the lesser known areas that are of special importance to them. It is intended that the revenue generated from the sale of heritage maps and conducting heritage walks will help support TALENT’s activities in the community. Day 3 's Some glimpse of Qissa purani Dilli ki billi ki tukbandi ka Jashn- E – Virasat-E- Urdu Heritage Festival With Talent team Qissa goi by talent group delhi 6 Organised by Delhi Government's Department of Art, Culture, and Languages in conjugation with the Urdu Academy Delhi is set to celebrate Sair - E – Virasat-E- Urdu Heritage Festival the at Central Park, Connaught Place. Performances of talent group Delhi on 31st October & 2nd and 4th nov 2019, programme qissabazi delhi 6 ki by our mcd city zone children's with talent senior junior Qissa go. We are glad to inform you that TALENT is working since 19 years to Conserve, Preserve and Reciprocate the Qissa Goi Story Telling Tradition of Delhi (Old Art Of Telling Stories) and are trying our best to get this across as many children and people. Talent We are an organisation in Delhi that has been proactively working to save the endangered Story Telling Culture of Delhi and to revive and rejuvenate its essence we have Delhi Children and Youths working with us, all of them belongs to the deprived category and OBCs.

Some glimpse of Documentary shoot Day 2

We are happy to share that Ms shafali Gaur , a student of AAFT ( Asian Academy of Film & Telivision) MARWAH STUDIO COMPLEX Noida , would like to make a student documentary on our "Khel Khel Mai Padhna" ( Library Program) run by TALENT GROUP Project Qissa Goi storytelling tradition of delhi.
From Shafali Gaur ( Experience / views) Initially, we have visited at many historical places like Turkman Gate, jama masjid ,bulbuli khana etc. Delhi. After that we have met students and asked their views on QissaGoi. Afterward Mr.Irshad and Ms.Isha has briefly describe about Qissa Goi and students (junior Qissa go)performing Qissa Goi .

Mime Session and Heritage walk with International Mime Artist.
International Mime Artist Raul Perez Mireless conducted Mime Session of Talent team members and students (Students who belongs to Mcd schools of City SP Zone .

We learn Mime techniques and make small skit on mime with the help of Raul Perez Mireless.

Also International Mime Artists Raul Perez Mireless from Mexico and selen Lun from Turkey Explore Old Delhi and Heritage walk with Talent Group in old Delhi and visits many Places like : Jama masjid Mosque , Baazars of Old Delhi and explore our culture ,food and heritage.

Again we come with some more clicks of our Third day session of storytelling Qissa goi based on Language & Literature conducted by Talent group on 6 April 2018 @ Aditi Mahavidyalaya.

This workshop is based on “Hindi Matras”.

Students “said” This session of storytelling was very great , we enjoyed a lot and learnt a number of things from this workshop.
First the children of Talent group Present stories with the theme of all “matras” and on a particular matra.It is amazing to see that we can make children learn or we can give them an understanding of matras through stories. It is so easy and interesting .children will love to study with such activities ,even they don’t have to pressurise to learn ,they will keen to learn .we can teach concepts with such interesting Activities.

In this session class was divided into six groups and They have to give three performances and the theme based hindi matras.

from all the groups there was a performance in duet and three were in groups .every group presented very well with new and creative ideas .

There was fun too as all of us were enjoying the session. All the groups have one children from talent group, They gave us some ideas for presentation.
