X travels by a rented car to destination K, on the way he finds that the roads are severely damaged. After travelling for about 200 KMs, the shockers of the car break and the Tyre gets punctured.

On returning back to his destination from K, X returns the car to the Rent a car company.

The Company issues a Legal Notice to X and claims damages.
