With the recent Global travel bans due to , we have compiled a list of the travel advisories / restrictions of the frequently travelled countries by Indians for your easy reckoning as on 14 March 2020.

1. All visa and e-visa are invalidated.
- This does not apply to diplomatic, official, UN/International Organizations, employment, project visas.
2. Passengers with an OCI card are no longer visa exempt to India.
3. Visa and e-visa Passengers who arrive from or have been in China (People's Rep.), France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Spain after 15 February 2020, will be quarantined for a minimum period of 14 days.
4. Passengers are required to fill the self-declaration form in duplicate upon arrival.
5. Indian nationals are advised to avoid all unnecessary travels

1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Australia.
2. Passengers who have been in the cruise ship 'Diamond Princess' are not allowed to transit or enter Australia.
3. Passengers who have transited through or have been in Iran (on or after 1 March 2020), Korea (Rep.) (on or after 5 March 2020) or Italy (on or after 11 March 2020) are not allowed to enter Australia for 14 days, from the time they left or transited through Iran.
- This does not apply to nationals of Australia, their immediate family members, permanent residents of Australia and their immediate family members. They will be required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.

1. Passengers who have been in the Hubei Province or Zhejiang Province (China People's Rep.) / Cheongdo County, Daegu City, Gyeongsan-si, Andong-si , Yeongcheon-si, Chilgok-gun, Uiseong-gun, Seongju-gun or Gunwi-gun in Gyeongsangbuk-do in Korea (Rep.) / Alborz, Gilan, Golestan, Isfahan, Lorestan, Markazi, Mazandaran, Qazvin, Qom, Semnan or Tehran in Iran / San Marino or Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, Marche, Piedmont or Veneto in Italy
in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Japan.
2. Passengers who were in the cruise ship 'Westerdam' are not allowed to enter Japan.
3. Visas issued on or before 8 March 2020 by the Embassies, Consulates-General and Consulate of Japan in China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China) or Korea (Rep.) are invalidated.
4. Visa exemptions for passengers with a British National (Overseas) passport, passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport, passengers with a Macao (SAR China) passport and nationals of Korea (Rep.) have been suspended till 31 March 2020.

1. Passengers who have been in the Hubei, Zhejiang or Jiangsu Provinces (China People's Rep.), Hokkaido in Japan, Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter Malaysia.
2. Nationals of Iran, Italy and Korea (Rep.) are not allowed to enter.
3. Malaysian Permanent Residents and Pass Holders (Long Term Social Visit Pass and Student Pass) who have been to Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days must undergo health screening by the Ministry of Health (KKM).
4. Operating Airline Crew who are nationals of China (People's Rep.), Iran, Italy and Korea (Rep,) will be subject to health screening upon arrival.

1. Nationals of China (People’s Rep.) can no longer obtain a visa on arrival in Sri Lanka.
2. Passengers who have been in Iran, Italy or Korea (Rep.) in the last 14 days will be subject to immediate quarantine.
3. A completed Health Declaration Form must be presented to the public health inspectors or any other authorized officials upon arrival.
4. Visa on arrival suspended for all nationalities
5. Effective 15 March 2359hrs, Passengers who transited through or have been in Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland are not allowed to enter Sri Lanka.

1. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a Health Certificate to prove they are free from Coronavirus (COVID-19). They must be under doctor's observation 14 days before issuing date. The Health Certificate must be valid for not more than 2 days prior to departure.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
2. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.), Hong Kong (SAR China), Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.) or Macao (SAR China) must have a medical insurance with coverage of 100,000 USD.
- This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.
- This does not apply to airline crew.
3. Passengers and crew members must present a completed T.8 health questionnaire to Health Control Office upon arrival.
4. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Thailand.
5. Nationals of Bulgaria, Bhutan, China (People's Rep.), Cyprus, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, India, Kazakhstan, Malta, Mexico, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu and passengers with a Chinese Taipei (on the cover: Republic of China Taiwan) passport can no longer obtain a visa on arrival.
6. Nationals of Italy and Korea (Rep.) and passengers with a Hong Kong (SAR China) passport are no longer visa exempt.

1. Nationals of Iran are not allowed to transit or enter the United Arab Emirates.
- This does not apply to passengers with a valid UAE Resident Visa. A prior 'OK TO BOARD' must be obtained from NAIC-UAE.
- This does not apply to diplomatic passport holders. A prior 'OK TO BOARD' must be obtained from NAIC-UAE.
2. Passengers arriving from Italy must have departed from Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA). All passengers and crew must go through a COVID-19 screening process.
3. Passengers arriving from China (People's Rep.) must have departed from Beijing (PEK). All passengers and crew must go through a COVID-19 screening process.
4. Nationals of the United Arab Emirates are allowed to enter with a national ID card if they left before 28 February 2020.
5. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are no longer allowed to enter the United Arab Emirates with a national ID card, they must have a passport.
6. Based on the travel advisory restriction issued by United Arab Emirates Government, nationals of United Arab Emirates are not allowed to travel to Iran or Thailand.
7. Passengers arriving on a direct flight at Abu Dhabi (AUH) from Italy, Lebanon and Syria must go through a COVID-19 screening process and obtain a proof of screening slip before continuing to Immigration.
1. Passengers who have transited through or have been in China (People's Rep.), Iran, South Korea, Italy in the past 14 days are required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days from their arrival into United Kingdom if not showing any symptoms

1. Passengers who have been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to nationals or residents of the USA.
2. Passengers who have been in Iran in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
- This does not apply to nationals / residents of the USA.
3. Passengers who have transited or have been in Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or in Switzerland, in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter the USA.
4. Passengers who have been in one of below listed countries in the past 14 days but are exempt from the restriction to enter the USA, must arrive at one of the following airports: Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD), Dallas, (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Honolulu (HNL), Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA), New York (JFK or EWR), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA) and Washington (IAD).
