Military To Corporate - M2C A unique platform providing seamless transition to military professionals to join Corporate and assisting Corporate India in recruiting the veterans.

About us:

We are a team of retired military officers and management consultants who understand both the turfs – the veterans and the corporates. This complimentary experience helps us in understanding the military as well as corporate vocabulary, and more importantly the unspoken yet mandated expectations – which most of the times makes the difference in delivering the best-in-class hiring experi

ence. MilitarytoCorporate (M2C), LLP (www.militarytocorp.com) is a leading, niche and first of its kind of a consulting firm in India that focuses purely on veteran hiring (officers, junior and non commissioned officers, other ranks from military and para-military forces) in India. We pride ourselves for being at the cross-section of a sophisticated technology platform that attracts best of the talent supply chain and industry aware consultants that interface with organizations ranging from Fortune500 to ambitious startups to help them in leading their veteran and diversity talent programs. Our Core Philosophy:

The central pillar of our philosophy lies in our belief of 'Doing Good'. 'Doing Good' refers to our continuous and relentless approach to help veterans from the military and para-military forces connect with corporates in getting fulfilling and enriching second career opportunities post retirement from active service. Our 'Doing Good' approach also means that corporates get the best of veteran talent pool, the talent that will add to the workforce diversity and bring in very distinct behavioral DNA along with decades of domain and functional experience.

'Doing Good' approach also manifests into giving our employees a reason to come to work every day by casting an unambiguous policy framework for their career progression and investment commitments into their overall career development. Doing Good defines us. Doing Good guides us. Our value systems and beliefs hinges around, what we call 3’I’:

• Integrity – Integrity in everything we do, we look at the business decisions through the lenses of non-negotiable integrity
• Intensity – We are passionate people, who love what they do, which brings the unmatched intensity to our work, to our lives and to the faith that our customers puts in us
• Intention – We are the people who are on mission with right intent, we want everyone of us to carry intents that will impact our stakeholders positively

Behaviors that are important to us include:

Customer Advocacy – We put customers first and everything else comes after it, for us customer is pivot to what we do, and how we do it. Frankly speaking – we are bit crazy about customer delight. Humility in Behavior and Aggressiveness in Performance: That sums it up, we are bunch of people who are fierce when solving customer challenges, and we love taking risks that are thought through. At the same time, we are humble, modest and direct when dealing with people. We don’t want to swap our values for aggressiveness in behavior and humility in performance. Happiness: What we do is bringing and should bring happiness to our customers, candidates and to all our employees. We love to have fun, exhibit boundless energy, and have happy faces around. We hate any dull moment.

Hey, Job Seekers🔍;

Have you tried these 3️⃣ features yet?👇

They’re each a great way to spotlight🔦 your profile and application to recruiters so you get more attention.

➡️1️⃣ 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝. → The “𝐈’𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝” feature lets you indicate interest in working with a specific company by heading to their LinkedIn Company Page and clicking “I’m interested.”

Once you click “I’m interested,” your profile and information are privately shared with the recruiters at the company so they can keep you in mind for future opportunities.

This is one way to get notified about roles before they’re ever posted online for the masses. It also helps recruiters build a pipeline of potential candidates who are likely to respond if they reach out about an opening.

➡️2️⃣ 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐣𝐨𝐛. → With LinkedIn Premium, you can use the “𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞” feature to highlight up to three jobs as your favorites. This badge on your application shows recruiters your keen interest in the role, making your application stand out.

➡️3️⃣ 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬. → Boost your job search with the “𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬” option. This allows the details from your LinkedIn-saved resumes to be accessible to a broader recruiter base, enhancing your profile’s visibility.

"𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐮 𝐍𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐚” — On this 260th anniversary of the
𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 (𝐀𝐌𝐂), let us echo this ancient Sanskrit prayer:
“𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲.”

It encapsulates the spirit of our medical corps, emphasizing not only treatment but also prevention and well-being.

AMC plays a crucial role in serving the healthcare needs of the Indian Armed Forces. From establishing the 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 (AFMC) to the contributions of the 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬, their journey has been shaped by visionaries who left an indelible mark on Indian medicine.

🙏Let us pay tribute to these institutions and their founders.
