We all know these moments when nature touches our souls . The most joyous moments in life are when we can enjoy the beauty of objects (in this case the sun) without desiring to own the object. Simply enjoying the moment with no thoughts and no desires .

.earth has made conscious living so easy for me . I can buy all my daily needs and extras all under one roof and it also comes in lovely Amala boxes to remind me to love planet earth. Here is my latest haul from this oh-so-amazing e-commerce site . Organic holi gulal, Sugar free snacks and brown toilet paper . They believe in sustainable fashion, ethical beauty, organic food and also many many home products . In fact I am inspired to slowly change some of my own cleaners and beauty products to go fully chemical free. I can’t recommend it strongly enough. Let .earth change you ❤️

Birdwatching and meditation bring me to the same place of peace . The more I focus and concentrate the more beautiful the birds become. Each moment caught in the lens is enhanced by mindfulness. Whether I am witnessing the ruffle of feathers or silent passers by, I lose myself in the experience. It was cold and dark when I arrived at the bird 🦢 🦅 park and caught some lovely light.

I can’t believe that in a few years I have moved from indulgent shopping in Paris to a “Pandemic inspired” resolve not to shop for 3 years . I have enough of everything - clothes, saris, shoes, perfumes and cosmetics to last me a life time and every time I declutter a new layer of clothes presents itself for use, just as if I have a new wardrobe. It’s such freeing feeling to be no longer excited about shopping and unnecessary consumerism.

Great man , great loss . Such masters are a gift to humanity. My experience of Thay was that he walked lightly as if he was not there, almost invisible .

We invite our global spiritual family to take a few moments to be still, to come back to our mindful breathing, as we together hold Thay in our hearts in peace and loving gratitude for all he has offered the world.

It’s 35 years since I started a yoga practice . I’ve been on and off all kinds of rubber mats around the globe as a beginner in Hong Kong, as a teacher in Singapore, my sojourn at Sivananada Yoga ashram in Kerala, teaching at , and so many other wellness destinations. I wish I had discovered this beautiful cork mat from .earth as my companion earlier. It is the most comfortable and ecofriendly mat that ever existed. It comes with interesting soulful prints to seduce you into your practice . Every yoga practitioner should have one . I have a special affinity to owls ever since my time in Vietnam. Owls adorn every home there as good luck mascots 🦉🦉🦉
