Flight Timing

Each seat has its own entertainment system. Hot meals and snacks with non-alcoholic beverages will be served on board. Hot water will be available on request.

2. Passenger passport copy, first and last page only.
3. Copy of permanent HKID card (non-permanent HK ID card not required). If no HK permanent ID a copy of your Hong Kong Visa is required.
4. In case there is PAR (Pre arrival registration) please attach in email (this is for expired visa cases only).
In such cases if passengers carrying PAR, please also attach Marriage or Birth Certificate as per your individual case.
5. Payment advice with payment slip.
6. Vaccination record – please ensure the vaccines taken are as per Hong Kong Govt requirement and the vaccination record meets HK Govt approval (please see attached).

Passengers eligible to take this flight must be:
HK residents holding permanent HK ID card OR
HKSAR passport holder OR
Passenger holding HK visa – Dependent / Student / Employment / Domestic Helper with contract (please ensure visas are not expired)
Passengers must be fully vaccinated with vaccines approved and accepted by the Hong Kong Govt and holding certificates as per HK Govt requirement (please see attached).
Without a valid visa you will not be able to board the flight.
Tourist visas are not eligible to fly to HKG.

Domestic Connections within India
For passengers taking Vistara Airlines on domestic sectors for India HK flight, a thru check-in to Hong Kong with 30 kg baggage allowance can be arranged by making a request for this service with us. If this service is required, we need a notice of 72 hrs prior to flight departure on a working day. A service fee is applicable for this service. Please ask your travel planner for this.

Terms and Conditions
To secure your seat, we require full payment.
This is strictly non-refundable in case of any cancellation of the booking from your side.
The last day for booking is Tuesday 19 October before 4 pm (subject to seat availability).
Payment can be made either by online bank transfer / Cash / Deposit in our account only.
(Please mention passenger names as per passport when sending deposit slip by e-mail).

Seats will be given on a first come first serve basis.

If for any reason a passenger is unable to board the flight or denied boarding, the ticket is strictly non-refundable. You are advised to take appropriate travel insurance to mitigate this risk.
No- show penalty – if for any reason a passenger is unable to board the flight, the ticket is strictly non-refundable. If the charter flight is cancelled by us for any commercial reasons, passengers will receive a full refund less a token INR 6000 handling fee per passenger.

Should any passenger be tested Covid positive 72 hours or less prior to flight departure, we will consider the individual circumstances and at our absolute discretion will consider a partial refund of up to 25% of the air fare. However, please note that these are exceptional times and the Covid pandemic is a fast changing situation posing a serious threat to communities. In the event the Government of the HKSAR or the Republic of India, or the regulatory authorities of either territory act to ban or cancel this flight or flights to / from India that prevent this flight from operating, you will receive a full refund less a mandatory INR 6000 Administration Service Fee per ticket.
