When he sees me’ is a song from the musical, Waitress , performed here by our own talented Atsunuo.
Waitress tells the story of Jenna Hunterson, a woman who is pregnant without any desire to be, trapped in an abusive relationship in a small town with no hope for a future outside of fear and false positivity.
She escapes from her trauma through the baking of pies and recipes of her mother’s that once instructed her own baking.
"Maybe" (sung by Bethany here) is the first song sung in “Annie”.
Annie comforts Molly, who recently had a nightmare about her parents. Annie soothes her by reading her a letter from hers, promising her that someday they'll come back for her. She soon goes back to sleep, and Annie tucks the other orphans in as she sings about her lost parents.
Liviana sings from the musical “Annie”.
While still in the rags part of her rags-to-riches tale, Annie sings “Tomorrow” as a hope for a brighter future.
