Explore the Northeast India | Mechuka & Pasighat | Arunachal Pradesh | 7D & 6N
Itinerary

Day 1 - Pick up from Dibrugarh Airport. Issue of ILP from Dibrugarh. Overnight stay at Dibrugarh.

Day 2 - Transfer to Aalo (Arunachal Pradesh) which is nearly 300 Km from Dibrugarh. Witness the biggest tributary of the river Brahamaputra, the Siang River, on the way to Aalo. Overnight stay at Aalo.

Day 3 - Transfer to Mechuka (Arunachal Pradesh) which is roughly 200 Km from Aalo. On arrival check into a homestay at Mechuka.

Day 4 - Sightseeing around Mechuka. Trekking included on demand. Overnight stay at Mechuka.

Day 5 - Transfer back to Aalo. Overnight stay at Aalo.

Day 6 - Transfer to Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh) which is near about 100 Km from Aalo. Sightseeing at Pasighat. If the weather permits one can also try river rafting at the siang river (cost excluded from package). Overnight stay at Pasighat.

Day 7 - Transfer to Dibrugarh Airport.

Explore the Northeast India | Chase the sunrise at D**g Village | Arunachal Pradesh | 6D & 5N
Itinerary

Day 1 - Pick up from Dibrugarh Airport. The same day we issue the Inner Line Permit which is a must to enter into Arunachal Pradesh. Overnight stay at Duliajan.

Day 2 - Today after breakfast we start off with the trip. First we head to Chongkham which is nearly 115 Km from Duliajan. Here we visit the Golden Pagoda at Tengapani, which one of the most beautiful structure recently built in Arunachal Pradesh. Further we head to Parshuram Kund, a famous pilgrim spot for te Hindus. After the sightseeings, we head to Tezu, where we will spend the night.

Day 3 - Today after the breakfast we resume the journey and head towards the eastern most part of India where one can witness the first rays of the Sun in India. We head to Walong which is about 200 Km from Tezu. Walong also holds a historical significance as it was the battlefield for the Sino-Indian war in 1962. Tonight we halt at Walong. It is suggested to go to sleep early as the sunrise next morning will not be your usual sunrise timing.

Day 4 - Early before dawn, we head to D**g, a picturesque small village where you can witness the first sunrise in the country. After soaking in the beauty of the nature, we head to Kibithoo, another beautiful village that will leave you spellbound. Later we return back to Walong to halt for the night.

Day 5 - Today we head back to Chongkham. We halt here for tonight.

Day 6 - Transfer to Dibrugarh Airport.

* Due to non availability of very good accommodations at the halts of this route, we will also arrange camping equipment to be carried along with the trip free of cost.

This is how the Hillclimbers roll! A throwback to 2017, when we went on a Sunday ride to Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh. Sorry for not wearing the gears, we already had one at our foot.
