2. The road from Mangan to Gangtok via Phodong is clear.
3. The route from Chungthang to Mangan via Naga-Toong is open for one-way traffic (*DOWNWARD ONLY*) and is suitable for *only light vehicles*.
4. The road from Mangan to Chungthang via Sankalang (Kanaka/CWC bridge) and Ship-Gyer is open for *UPWARD* traffic and can accommodate all types of vehicles.
5. The road from Chungthang to Lachen is currently blocked.
