Finally Broad Gauge Engine reached Silchar Station at 8:15 PM yesterday . The Silchar - Lumding BG project started year 1996-97 and after 18 years BG reached Silchar . People were fully excited to welcome the Dream that finally came true. Now Silchar is well connected with rest of India.
