Dream Cruises CANCELLED All Departures Until 30-Apr-2020
【Special Announcement: Suspension of Operations of Genting Dream】
Due to the current 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Singapore government had announced to cease port of calls for all cruise vessels until further notice. As such, Genting Dream’s sailings from Singapore from 27 March to 30 April 2020 will be cancelled. Genting Dream is tentatively scheduled to commence her deployment in Singapore from 1 May 2020 onwards, subject to further confirmation from the local authorities. Guests who are booked on any of the cancelled itineraries will be contacted and provided with a variety of compensation options for them to choose from. We truly appreciate the understanding and support from our guests, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this necessary change of itinerary has caused.
As always, the health and safety of all guests and crew remains the highest priority of Dream Cruises. We understand the public concerns surrounding the current outbreak and want to ensure that we play our part and take appropriate action. To address the outbreak, we have voluntarily suspended Genting Dream’s operations from Singapore earlier in February and March. We will continue to maintain the highest preventative hygiene and sanitation standards on board its fleet to ensure the health of all guests and crew. Dream Cruises look forward for the return of Genting Dream and to welcoming more guests on board to experience our signature service that’s Asian at Heart, International in Spirit.
