The Society was established in the year 1965 by eminent educationsits and social workers. They have played a key role in setting up this Institution. The School was Estabilished in the year 1973 by the Society-‘Arwachin Shiksha Samiti’ with 100 students of Primary-up to V standard and now, upgraded upto senior secondary standard for all streams, i e. Science, Commerce & Humanities/Arts. The school is recognized by the Delhi Govt. Presently, Hi-tech facilities of office automation schoolonline, GPRS enabled transport, class Rooms with PC & interactive boards, covering curriculum, class wise attendance of students with particular Index Number for each student, results of Cycle/Term examinations, details of time table and subject wise teachers have also now been made available to the parents at their residence/Place of work, through Internet. Continuing in the attempt to keep abreast of the latest technologies and move with the modern and latest learning solutions, Arwachin International School collaborated with Promethean Software Company to install an Interactive Board that is essentially an organizer of educational content as well as provider of educational modules. It has six lakh modules on various subjects to facilitate learning by doing. This system also works like the Interactive Board provided by Educomp. In its library it contains an array of different academic modules to help teachers plan their lessons. This planning is aimed at making their teaching more effective, invigorating and interesting. As with the Educomp board, teaching and learning situations are simulated without wastage of time , space and material for smooth learning and teaching experiences. The programme seeks to make learning a real living experience. It enables teachers to create lesson plans that are in keeping with international standards. Baisakhi, also known as Vaisakhi, is the agricultural festival of happiness, positivity and prosperity. It marks the beginning of the Sikh New Year.
Today, students of Arwachin Public School celebrated Baisakhi as a cultural extravaganza where they came dressed up beautifully in Punjabi attire showcasing the vibrancy and diversity of Punjab. From dancing on the beats of Bhangra and performing melodious gidda, students enjoyed it with a great zeal and enthusiasm. Students also carried Punjabi theme lunch and had a delicious feast together with their friends. Students celebrated the rich heritage and the tradition Baisakhi brings in. Students were honoured with participation certificates for their beautiful attires and stellar performances.
Baisakhi Celebration is a feast for the senses and is a poignant reminder of unity, abundance and renewal.

Today, we celebrated the joy and responsibility of having pets and caring for animals. Our students came dressed as their favorite pet animals, showcasing their love and appreciation for our furry friends.
Through this activity, we aimed to teach the importance of adopting pets and providing them with a loving home. Adopting a pet not only brings happiness into our lives but also teaches us compassion, responsibility, and empathy towards animals.
We are proud of all our students who participated in this activity and showed their enthusiasm for caring for animals. Each participant received a certificate to recognize their dedication and love for pets.

Mathematics Activity - Place Value
Class 3

Place value is the value of each digit in a number. Students understood the concept of place values of 4-digit numbers with the help of cutting-pasting activity.In the activity, different geometrical shapes indicate different place values starting from thousands to ones and students placed the shapes according to the values of the numbers given to them.
Such multidisciplinary activities allow students to enhance their cognitive ability helping them identify different shapes, learning the concept of place values and polishing their creative skills providing them with experience of learning by doing.

"A new school session means new beginnings, new adventures"

Students of class 3 initiated their new academic session with a fun Math Activity by revising previous concepts of missing numerals, addition, subtraction and place values. Students recapitulated the mathematical operations by getting involved in different floor activities (missing ladders, adding the blocks, etc.) where they were made to fill the missing numbers and practice addition and subtraction on the floor while discussing the solutions with their peers. The activities not only helped students to revise the concepts and increase their cognitive ability but also helped children build flexibility, polish their motor skills and helped them understand the importance of group discussions, cooperation and peer learning.

Mont-1 to Class-2 - Art and Craft:
Younger students participated in art and craft activities, unleashing their creativity and making colorful and imaginative creations. This activity not only fosters artistic skills but also encourages imagination and fine motor skills development.

Class-3 to Class-5 - Best Joke Competition:
Students in these classes showcased their sense of humor by participating in a "Who Has the Best Joke" competition. They shared their favorite jokes with classmates, spreading laughter and joy throughout the school.

Class-6 to Class-8 - Funny Story Contest:
Older students engaged in a funny story contest, where they shared hilarious and entertaining anecdotes or short stories. This activity not only promotes storytelling skills but also encourages creativity and wit among students.
These activities not only add a touch of fun and excitement to the school day but also provide opportunities for students to express themselves, showcase their talents, and bond with their peers in a playful environment. Students were honoured with certificates for their hilarious performances .

Dive into German language learning through Games and activity
Our German Peace delegate Ms. Christina Wessendorf introduced the German language to our school students. For last 15 days Ms. Christina was teaching students through multiple teaching methods. On the closing ceremony of the German classes Ms. Christina conducted two different activities with Class 5 to Class 8 students.
1rst one to introduce new colors.
2nd one to repeat their knowledge about how to introduce themselves in German.
This activities not only involved students in language learning also involved them in physical activity to make it memorable.

Marking 20 years of excellence in French education, Prayatna Educational Society celebrated a memorable event at the Islamic Cultural Centre, B.S. Abdur Rahman Auditorium on November 25, 2023. Arwachin Public School, Vasundhara students, were invited to perform Ganesh Vandana, showcasing their talent with great zeal. The students were awarded well-deserved medals, and our school received recognition through a trophy and certificate. A delightful day concluded with refreshments for the students and a celebratory lunch for the teachers. Science Activity Class- 3 Topic- Road Safety Road traffic safety rules provides us with certain rules and regulations that describe how one should use roads diligently and in a proper way. Hence, road safety education is as essential as any other basic skills of survival. Students prepared traffic signs and shared important information about the signs with their fellow mates. Such activities help students to build confidence, enhance interpersonal and creativity skills.

Dussehra, also known as Vijaya Dashami, is a Hindu festival that celebrates the victory of good over evil.According to the great Hindu epic Ramayana, Lord Ram killed Ravana on the tenth day that is Dussehra. It is called as triumph of virtue over sin or immorality. Ravana is said to have abducted Ram's wife, Sita and was also known as a dictating ruler. The end of Ravana meant end of bad and evil spirit as he was a demon by birth too. A chariot carrying Ram, Sita and Lakshaman passes through the crowd and the person enacting Ram aims an arrow to burn the effigies one by one.
