Job Summary
i) Developing specific goals & plans to prioritize and organize a work activity related to architectural function of projects.
ii) In house analysis of drawings prepared by project architects.
iii) Coordination with the Architectural consultants for preparation of drawings and for finalization of the plans with respect to submission of the plan to the Statutory Authorities.
iv) To coordinate with the consultants to get the required drawings for smooth functioning of site work well ahead in advance.
v) Coordination with various consultants during different phases of projects.
vi) Coordination and supervising the work of project as well as the numerous contractors & vendors who contribute to the projects.
vii) To act as main person to handle in house designing team to be formed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Self-motivated individual with an eye for detail. Purpose of the job: To help group in analysis of architectural designs and coordination with Project architects for residential projects.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor in Interior Designing / (B.Arch)
i) Knowledge of auto cad is must.
Prior experience: + 4 years, preferably as an architect with a real estate company.
