Job Title: Tele Caller
Job Summary:
The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products and services. The role involves maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly persuasive, and possess the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products and services
-Maintain accurate customer databases and update customer information regularly
-Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources
-Provide information to customers about the company's products and services
-Answer customer questions and address concerns regarding the products and services
-Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
-Follow up with customers after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
-Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while conducting all activities
Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Highly persuasive with a proven track record in sales
-Ability to work well in a team
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Good organizational and time-management skills
-Familiarity with customer databases and CRM software
-High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
Working Conditions:
-This is a full-time position, with standard working hours of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
-The Tele Caller will be required to work from the company's office or remotely, depending on the company's policy.
-The job may involve sitting for extended periods and working with computers and telecommunication equipment.
