The most popular ways to travel to Namibia from South Africa are by road or air. Travelling via air or sea, you’re most likely to arrive in Windhoek.

The best time to visit Namibia is in the Dry season from June to October, although it can be visited throughout the year.
While Etosha National park is a must do, there are equally stunning safari like Sossusvlei’s stunning dunes, Fish River Canyon, The Walvis Bay ‘marine big five’ etc.

Besides their famous floating market, there are also impressive pagodas and local orchards to visit here, just 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh city by bus.

One of the char dhams (the most sacred pilgrimage circuits in northern India with four holy destinations), Gangotri, in Uttarkashi, is a small town with the temple of Goddess Ganga at its heart. A 12-hour drive from Rishikesh, Gangotri is nestled among lofty Garhwal Himalayan peaks, glaciers and dense forests, and is one of highest pilgrimages in India (approx 3,415 m). Other than its divine atmosphere, Gangotri offers stunning vistas all around. According to Hindu legends, the most sacred of all rivers, Ganges (or Ganga), descended from heaven to earth at Gangotri, when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from his locks. The actual origin of the river is at Gaumukh in the Gangotri glacier, 19 km away from Gangotri and is accessible by trekking. After it originates from Gaumukh, the river is known as Bhagirathi and it acquires the name 'Ganga' after the river Alaknanda merges into it near the town of Devaprayag. Kapat is open now for darshan.

Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat, or as it is known as the temple in the sky is a temple built on top of a mountain peak overlooking the landscape of Lampang's countryside.
This is by far one of the most photogenic attractions in Lampang.

A mosaic of myriad shades of blue, the pristine Pangong Lake is perched at a height of 14,270 ft above sea level and is said to be one of the highest brackish water lake in the world. Lying almost on the Indo-Chinese border, a part of it falls in India, while the other is in China. The beauty of the lake is such that it has been a cinematic backdrop for the popular movie, 3 Idiots.

There’s perfection in the imperfect. Just an hours boat ride from Mandalay lies Mingun, which is known for this huge, unfinished, earthquake stricken pagoda. While it was due to be the tallest in the world, what is left today feels like something out of an Indiana Jones movie

Which are the best places to visit in Jordan?
1. Petra: Not only does it exhibit the marvels of ancient wonders but also mesmerises you with the beautiful backdrops and historical buildings, many of which date back to the fourth century BC.

Traveling for me puts things into perspective. It allows me to realize that there are far bigger things than my problems. So what if everything is not falling into place or if people don’t understand you. Traveling allows you to see that the world is not always about you. It allows me to see how other people live and what they have to deal with on a daily basis. It makes you humble 🙏
Mountains make you philosophical it seems. Well, this quaint little hill station is Ooty!

Hard to forget these conditions as we stood under Pumori (7161m) on our way into the Khumbu Valley. Named by George Mallory, Pumori means “the Mountain Daughter” in Sherpa language as it’s commonly identified as Everest’s daughter by climbers and natives. It’s definitely the prettier mountain of the two and I can’t wait to see it again!
If you are into trekking you can easily relate to this feeling of conquering the top and Everest is definitely every trekker’s dream 💭
