Terms and Conditions for ZuppTravel Online Lucky Draw Event
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter the lucky draw.
1.2. Employees, agents, and representatives of ZuppTravel, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
1.3. Participants must be residents of India only.
2. Entry Requirements
2.1. Each participant must complete the payment of INR 11 to enter the lucky draw.
2.2. Participants must provide valid and accurate personal information during the entry process.
2.3. Multiple entries are allowed; however, each entry must be accompanied by a separate payment.
3. Prize Details
3.1. The prize is oneway flight ticket to Goa from any location based on India, valid for one person.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
3.3. ZuppTravel reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
4. Draw Process
4.1. The lucky draw will be conducted on 5th August at 5:00 PM.
4.2. The winner will be selected randomly using a fair and unbiased process.
4.3. The winner will be announced on social media platform or website and notified via the contact information provided during entry.
5. Claiming the Prize
5.1. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of the announcement.
5.2. To claim the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity and any other required verification documents.
5.3. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture, and an alternative winner will be selected.

8.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the lucky draw will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, India.
