Dear beloved citizens of India, our very own BHARAT MATA
I beg each one of you to please take 10 to 15 minutes of your precious and valuable time to read my thought-provoking article and surely watch the attached video about ROHIT SHARMA and without any bias, fear of favour share your thoughts and heart felt emotions and feelings (exclude politically and diplomatically correct statements)
Does the selfless leader ROHIT SHARMA who always put TEAM INDIA's goal ahead of his personal goals and led from the front in this WORLD CUP 2023 with flying starts at the top of the order and helped the team to gain the momentum in each match and reach the final unbeaten in 10 league matches deserve the accolades and felicitation apart from the morale boosting pat from PM MODI Ji!
Yes, in the year 2003 Ricky Ponting led Australian Team also won all the league matches, but in 2003 Australian Team did not win all the matches so convincingly, bowling out strong opposition teams without reaching three figure mark and winning matches with huge margins not to forget a match was won with a margin of 302 runs against Srilanka.
As a matter of fact, we all as die-hard fans witnessed the mighty Australian Team was defeated in the opening game as India chased the target of 200 runs quite comfortably with six wickets in hand depsite the fact that Team India was 3 down before the score reached double figures, may be 3 wickets down, that of Shubman Gill, Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer.
Is it not the incredible belief system and the confidence built by ROHIT SHARMA and VIRAT KOHLI in the growing team that they can beat any team and win big matches as well contrary to the observations of cricket pundits till the beginning of this edition of world cup campaign in Oct 2023.
The sad reality is that after witnessing the fearless cricket played by TEAM INDIA for more than a month, not to forget the emphatic manner in which the semifinal was won against the New Zealand Team, the cricket pundits, cricket luminaries, players who had played the game at the highest level and had been part of the world cup teams in 1983 and also in 2011 were keen to express their experts views about how and why Team India lost the Final to Australia and the media started churning stories with their own interpretation of statistics of the previous unsuccessful attempts of TEAM INDIA after 2013 wherein they won an ICC tournament under DHONI's stewardship.
The fact of the matter which every cricketing expert always talks and highlights is that the better team on the given day won the match.
It is always easier to make judgments in the hindsight without knowing what happened in the middle in the ground. Our fans, commentators, experts and spectators' reality indeed is not the reality of the players as they were in the middle to win the match by all means.
Ironical and cruel because the final result of ICC world cup Winner is decided in just one game result.
Ironical as ICC boasts off in their illogical caption: It takes one game" Any Big team can have a bad it can be in a final.
Is it not in the public domain to see for all cricketing bodies and die-hard fans to see that NEWEZEALAND team from the time of Martin Crowe till Kane Williamson had come close to winning and lost to the other finalist? as the final winner was decided based on one game which didn't go their way.
We all as cricket enthusiasts have great pleasure in saying:
Cricket is a great game of glorious uncertainties.
If Cricket is a great game of glorious uncertainties can we not try to increase the charm and true-blue fan base, should we not request BCCI to discuss with all the cricket playing nations cricket bodies to make a change in the ICC rules that the final of the ICC world cup should be best of three matches instead of one match where in one team bites the dust like a sudden death after sweating out it for 40 days to reach world cup final!!!
It is high time cricketing experts who played the game earlier should come out in the open and understand that the battles each team fought to reach the final of world cup held once in four years is worth to have best of three finals.
Our own cricketing body BCCI, which is a powerful association, should brainstorm and raise the debate, stir the dialogue and have discussions to have best of three finals in the future ICC world cup tournaments to ensure level playing and equal opportunity for the teams after reaching final because TOSS before the start of the match can also have an impact in the final outcome (uncontrollable factor) to avoid the heart break of the Team who did not have a good field day along with millions of fans of cricket across the world.
Unfortunately, as a nation with a psyche obsessed with winning always, we tend to forget the grueling efforts and preparation the head coach Mr. RAHUL DRAVID and the boys of Team India put in to up their batting skills, bowling skills and fielding skills to become a formidable team.
Our sons of the soil, TEAM INDIA who displayed the WILL TO WIN & SKILL TO SUCCEED throughout the ICC world cup tournament are a CHAMPION TEAM though uncrowned as world champions in ICC 2023 edition because from 2011 onwards there was no team which showed the GRIT, the Passion to perform against all odds and which played as a Team to conquer and they have conquered the minds and won the hearts of true fans of cricket and we all need to salute this Team India, the captain Mr.ROHIT SHARMA and COACH Mr. RAHUL DRAVID and the Team energizer Mr.VIRAT KOHLI to continue till 2025 as they can reinvigorate the crest fallen team and win the Champions trophy.
I request each one of the true lovers of cricket to share this DILLOGICAL Message to your friends and families so that the message reaches Team India and the BCCI to bring a welcome change in the way the game is played, and the game is watched for the sheer JOY it brings to millions across the world.
Yours Lovingly

As dust settles on the Indian cricket team's World Cup campaign, the story of one player stands out. Until the final match, the script played out to perfection for Rohit Sharma. No matter how painful the loss to Australia, the Ahmedabad debacle will fail to steal the sheen off Borivali's braveheart.
