Graduate Teachers of RMSA (Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan) 2016 batch is observing a silent protest against non payment of salary at Directorates Office Lamphel, Imphal West. It has been reported that candidates from this batch who have been utilized in various schools across the state have not been getting salary since day one.

It is a disturbing occurrence in Keirao AC.

1. Md. Jalal was defeated by Md. Abdul Matalib in the Assembly Election in 1980. Later on Jalal died.

2. Md. Matalib was succeeded by H. Bidur in 1990. Then Md. Matalib expired.

3. Bidur was succeeded by Md. Alauddin 2002. Again Bidur expired.

4. Md. Alauddin was later succeeded by K. Thamarjit in 2012(Jan-March). Also Md. Alauddin expired very shortly in October, 2012.

5. Now. Thamarjit was succeeded by L. Rameshwor in March 2017. Now Thamarjit expired within 3 months.

Next is ......... nobody knows.

Appreciate the initiative taken by the new Manipuri govt to remove corruption from Manipur by launching WhatsApp number and new website.

At least the website should have been done after considering all loopholes and contents of the site. We believe it had been done in haste. Proper planning and timeline should have been set for such big projects.

The site has been created by a private firm and registered on an individual' s name. Since this is regarding reporting corruption, there is a possibility that the person or firm handling or managing the sites are targeted. Or how do we know this firm or person will not manipulate the information sent by the common people.

Due to carelessness by the firm, their information is already available in public domain now. Honorable CM or the concern should have consulted concern department before giving such huge project to private firms.

Hope the private firm at least try to prevent such issues and be careful.
