In my life , I tried to achieve my targets walking on path shown by my ideal industrialist . My father started trading of chemicals in indore with very mere capital early back in 1976, I learnt a lot from him since my childhood & I decided to develop this track by entering in trading of electroplating chemicals & painting brush in 1991 . But I always wanted to start manufacturing , import/export
& Pan india marketing business activities . It was just a chance to create something new that in June 1994 our newly constructed house leakage started in , we tried numbers of products available in the market at that time to stop leakage but could not get success . I decided to develop my own product with that experience & knowledge of my father & I successfully developed a wonderful product and named it WPC-99 in February 1996 . Then I started marketing of product and also taking small works of waterproofing
After successful trials in my house, I decided to commercialize the product. I got over welling response in the local market & our product WPC-99 became synonymous to waterproofing. This success continued to give more & more products in the range of waterproofing & construction. . It was observed that user’s friendly, longer-lasting waterproofing compound was not available in the market at affordable price. We apprised the market and concentrated our R&D efforts, resulted in development of an unique waterproofing compound named "WPC-99". Subsequently we have developed innovative range of waterproofing chemicals, namely CAM-99, WTF-99, WAC-99, HPC-99 ….. more than 60 construction chemicals .The print / electronic media highly appreciated to our innovative products. Today my company ICO LTD. have our distribution network in 14 state of india & 4 country abroad. The govt. of India Ministry of MSME honoured us with Small Scale Entrepreneurs National Award-2006. I started civil projects business officially in 2006 , Initially I took the work from my neighbor and their relatives it gave me mouth publicity and created the future path of my business. Then I started small jobs of all types of civil repairing and maintainence work , like expansion joints – structural joints –common wall joints repairing, waterproofing of swimming pool , bathrooms, sunken portion of buildings and bungalow , duct & kitchen , overhead and underground water tank , washroom area of old and new civil structure etc. After sometime some good & skilled workmen joined my company and we made a good team of civil rehabilators . Today our company is well known for doing project work for tata group , Indian army, Steel authority of India, Mahindra & Mahindra and many more companies from government & private sector. We have become a reputed brand in construction chemicals in India and trying to fetch opportunities abroad . You know development of product may be simple thing but commercialization of technical services against multinational is toughest job of marketing . I am happy to let you know that my products & services are getting unbelievable response in construction & waterproofing industries. It is also my pleasure to let you know I am registered civil contractor for M.P. P.W.D. But this all could be achieved with the blessings of elders & relatives, good wishes of friends, hard work of my team & at last my better half , My wife Sapna.
