@bastarbirdsnest we try to reuse what is provided. This dead Indian Banyan Tree provided us with enough timber to build a river-shaped log table.

Indian Yellow Tit at Bastar Birds Nest
It is an easy tit to recognise in most of India, large in size at 13 cm, with a broad black line (broader in the male) down its otherwise yellow front. The large crest, neck, throat and head are black with yellow cheeks and supercilia. Upperparts are olive-green. It has two white or yellowish wingbars and white outer tail feathers.

A walk to remember...
Evening walk @ Bastar Birds Nest 😊
Experience by ameet @ameet mandavia
2 days earlier I heard a specific call at around 8 in the evening, a repeated whuk---whuk---whuk. I rushed with my camera and search light to look him up. Unsuccessful. Today at around 7.30 P.M I heard the call again and to confirm Ravi Naidu Wildlife asked me did you hear the call it's an Indian Scoops Owl.
Let's check him up. Excited we were to have heard a new call at Bastar Birds Nest we zeroed the call and saw this bold male of Indian Scoops Owl (Otus bakkamoena).
After observing for some time we came back to our Bonfire by the camp, it was a few minutes past our endeavour, we heard him again and this time on top of our heads. @harsh expressed his wish earlier to see this owl and Bastar birds nest did not let us down. We had an Indian Scoops Owl on top of our head, calling out in his own style.
Such is the charm of Bastar Birds Nest
Soon Opening our doors for visitors.
Enjoy the video.
