Today, I'm taking you to.. a stunning, one of the most Instagram-worthy places in that country/city. You can’t miss this architecture, thanks to its 927 windows painted in the colors of the rainbow. Constructed in the Neoclassical style and designated as a National Monument, the building was previously used as the country’s first jail and Police station. Nowadays, it’s the office of the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI).
