2. AIMS AND SERVICES
The main aim of the Co-operative shall be to change the Socio economic status of its members, through the handling of gainful economic activities to be carried out in accordance with the Principles of the Cooperative and Social Justice and for this Cooperative Shall:-
a) AIMS :
1) To provide dwelling houses to members /non-members of the Co-operative on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the General Body from time to time.
2) To provide developed plots with modern Civil amenities and long term finance for dwelling units to all the members through cooperative initiatives.
3) To develop housing Colonies for the members and non-members.
4) To purchase on ownership basis/lease hold basis land and / or build up structures completely or in any other way for the purpose of providing flats to its members and to provide areas for common facilities including club house, parking space, sports complex, health club, community centre, auditorium, arbitration centers and other facilities, amenities for its of the Society.
5) To receive money from members for purchase of land or construction of flats or for development of common facilities including club house, parking space, sports complex, health club, community centre, auditorium or any other facilities, amenities for the members of the society.
6) To Purchase, take on lease or in exchange or acquire lands, buildings or any movable or immovable property necessary for the business of the Society
7) To acquire, construct, maintain and alter any buildings or work, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the Cooperative.
8) To acquire and hold and generally deal with, any property and right, title, or interest, in any property, moveable or immoveable, which may be connected with any such security.
9) To hold, sell exchange mortgage, rent lease, sub-lease, surrender accept surrender of and there with dispose of land houses, house sites buildings and all other moveable or immoveable property as may be needed for the carrying out of the business of the co-operative.
10) To sell, improve, manage, develop, exchange, lease, mortgage, dispose off, turn to account or otherwise with, all or any part of the property and rights of the Cooperative.
11) To give loans to members for construction of new dwelling houses and to undertake the construction of houses on behalf of the members.
12) To accept the deposits of raise loans from members non-members co-operative or other financing agencies or of the state government.
13) To initiate Redevelopment of the building as per the norms of the authority.
14) Focus on poor, low income and deprived people of the community, especially women who have no accessibility to any financial institutions.
15) Provide education, training and information to develop their members as well as their staff. Enhance women’s participation and decision in policy making-processes at all levels.
16) To provide co-operative education and training to develop co-operative skills to its members, committee members, officers and employees of the society.
17) To establish and carry on social, recreational and educational work for the benefit of its members.

19) To organize conferences, conventions, seminars, working groups etc. relating to cooperative housing and allied matters.
20) To acquire, construct, maintain and alter any building or work necessary or convenient for the purpose of the institution.
21) To acquire land construction for the commercial purpose of the institution.
22) To employ experts to investigate to examine it the title, conditions, prospects value, character and circumstances of any assets property of right.
23) To undertake as an agent of the government co-operation work to execute work and allied activities under their scheme which have been which may be sponsored by the government or co-operation.
24) To run hostels, holiday homes, to provide facilities to the co-operatives and Cooperative employees.
25) To undertake transport business, to develop transport facility to facilitate the functioning of the institution.
26) To make financial services universally available; to promote poverty alleviation through the development of a strong, sustainable economic infrastructure using financially sound market mechanisms.
27) To acquire and develop lands for benefit of housing programme and to take up Commercial /Urban Development Schemes for General public as part of a housing scheme.
28) To develop colonies, construct and maintain shopping complexes, shopping malls, hospitals, banquet halls, colleges and parks and to provide such other facilities/amenities to the members.
29) To purchase building material, hardware items, sanitary fitting, Electrical material, electric equipment required for the construction of house, flats, shopping malls, shopping complexes, banquet halls, schools, colleges, hospitals and amusements parks by the cooperatives.
30) To strive for decent, safe affordable and environment’s friendly shelters for all. Inculcate good habits of savings in the cooperative members.
31) To promote peaceful Co-habitation amongst the members on the Co-operative Principles and ensure Voluntary formation, Democratic Member Control, Member-Economic Participation and Autonomous Functioning.
32) To do all such other things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of all or any of the above objects.
33) Services to non-members will be provided on payment of Rs. 5000/- which shall be reviewed annually. b) SERVICES :
Key service and support services to members to fulfill the common central need stated in the aim:
1) To provide Co-operative education to the members and non-members.
2) To generate employment opportunities for educated youth.
3) To provide health care centers /educational institutions for members and non-members.
