*Requirements for all passengers arriving in Dubai*

Effective 26 February 2022, passengers travelling to Dubai from all countries must fulfil one of the below requirements

• Present a valid vaccination certificate(s) reflecting that the passenger is *fully vaccinated* with a of vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and includes a QR code System; or

• Present a valid Negative Covid‑19 Test certificate that should be based on a molecular diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid for SARS‑COV‑2 viral RNA, that is issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection and issued by an approved health service provider, with a QR code System; or

• Present a valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from Coronavirus SARS Cov‑19 within a period of one 1 month from the date of recovery to the date of arrival, with a QR code System

If requested, passengers must undergo a PCR test on arrival in Dubai and self‑quarantine until they receive a negative result. In the event the passenger tests positive, then they should follow the guidelines issued by the relevant Health Authority in the Emirate of Dubai.

Note that printed or digital PCR test certificates or vaccination certificates, are accepted in English or Arabic and must include a QR Code. SMS certificates are not accepted. COVID 19 PCR Test or Vaccination certificates in other languages are acceptable if they can be validated at the departure point.

For Transit Passenger(s), the rules and conditions for entry at the final destination will apply.

IMPORTANT – Kuwait (KWI) Travel Guidelines

The requirement for Kuwait immigration and Ministry of Health is given below. Please advise the agents and passengers accordingly to avoid last minute hustles.

1. Kuwait Residents Card or Kuwait ID (Soft copy of residents ID)
2. Immune App (Proof of vaccination approved by Health authority of Kuwait)
3. Shlonik App
4. RT-PCR within 72 Hrs (Timeline is calculated from the time of sample/swab collection & Children under 06 years are exempted from pre-COVID test )
5. Please Report 5 Hrs before departure
6. Vaccination certificate with a QR code (Must complete 2 dose of Vaccination)
7. Non vaccinated children of non-Kuwaiti’s who are under the age of 18 years and have a valid resident permit shall be allowed to enter Kuwait once. However, they need to be accompanied by fully vaccinated parents and shall be required to prepay for 2 PCR tests post arrival through Mosafer and will undergo 7 day home quarantine.
8. Non-Vaccinated customers under this category are not allowed to travel unless they are fully vaccinated
9. Customers who have received 2 doses of an un-approved vaccine and once have received a 3rd dose of any approved vaccine as listed below can enter Kuwait without waiting for 14days

List of approved vaccines in the State of Kuwait

1. Pfizer BioNTech (2 doses)
2. AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine (Covishield) (2 doses)
3. Moderna (2 doses)
4. Johnson & Johnson (1 dose)

New visa ( Entry permit ) OK TO BOARD Message is necessary irrespective of passport ( ECR /ECNR Passport Status.

If Visa is stamped on the respective Passport then no need of OKTB message.
