It is a 13 acres green land with Alphonso mango plantation, chickoo, peru etc. and there is huge villa of approx. 3,000 sft. Care-takers (2 persons) on-the-house. Versatile cook on-the-house. The location comes alive during monsoon with waterfalls all around and the river overflowing. There are waterfalls and flowing rivers just adjacent to the land.

Alcohol no bar. If one group is booked we don't take any other group. Therefore you will have to confirm by payment. It is on first-come-first-serve basis. Payment 80% advance immediately against booking and balance 20% two days before date of departure. It is 96 kms from Sion and until the cottage, motorable tar road. Once you book you will get details of road map indicating how to reach site etc. The cottage takes in about 25 to 30 people for an overnight stay as well. The cottage has all utilities in place...... DVD with extra speakers, cots, rajais, jhoolas, huge veranda on all three sides, in-door and out-door games etc. Only vegetarian food. Menu you can choose.
