We are looking for Hotel Front Office Assistant ( Receptionist) for our 3 Star Budget Hotel in Kochi.

You will be in charge of a host of activities of the front office such as:
Greeting each guest
Filling their registration form and assigning rooms
Handle payment procedures
Track room availability and manage check- in and check- out.
Handle calls with proper etiquette
Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the Superiors
Maintain a clean and clutter- free front desk area
Recruit and manage quality staff
Engage customers and look into customer queries/ complaints
Supervise the hotel premises and address any issues
