đ GSOE's Serar Sera Jagadhatri Puja Awards celebrates Chandannagar's Cultural Heritage!
Following the success of our Durga Puja Awards, GSOE ventured to recognize the iconic Jagadhatri Pujo celebrations of Chandannagar, the historic French colony. Out of 150+ pujas evaluated, 12 were shortlisted and judged by an esteemed panel including renowned artist Raju Sarkar, filmmaker Sreyoshi Ghosh, entrepreneur Raja Basu, and Italian Consulate representative Massimo Belleri.

The awards ceremony, held at the French Consulate Garden on December 19th, was graced by French Consul General Mr. Didier Talpain and Mr. Pranav Prakash, Regional Director (East), Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
Mr. Talpain expressed his enthusiasm to visit Chandannagar during the festivities, while Mr. Prakash emphasized how this initiative will boost Chandannagar's position on the global tourism map.
This GSOE initiative aims to showcase Bengal's rich cultural heritage while promoting Chandannagar as a unique tourist destination, fostering local economic growth and preserving its Franco-Bengali legacy.
