Sunderbans Birds and Wildlife photography Expeditions - West Bengal

Dates : Winter calender following

Duration : 3 Nights & 4 Days

Starting /end point : Kolkata

Itinerary:
Day 1: Pick up starts from 3am in the morning from Kolkata proceed for Sundarbans by latest 4am . Reach starting point of boat Gadkhali by 6:30 to 7am and start in Boat for full day boat safari with full board meals on it .Nightstay at Hotel in Bali Island .

Day 2-3: Full day Boat safari and photography of birds and other wildlife .With same stay plans .we will also do nightbirding on Day 2 for owls .Nightstay hotel in Bali Island .

Day 4: Full Day boat safari ends by 4pm latest and reach Jharkhalli by 5PM. Start for Kolkata by 5:30pm latest . Reach Kolkata by 8-8:30PM latest .

Birds we mainly target in Winters : Brown winged kf , Collared Kf , Black Capped Kf , Pied kf , Peregrine Falcon , Changebale Hawk Eagle , Honey Buzzards , Whimbrel , Curlew , Minivets , Buffy Fish owl(rare sight),White bellied sea eagle , Brahmminy kites and many more during winters migratory birds are here too so the bird count is ultimately more .

Mizoram Bird Photography Expedition - November 2024

Dates : 5th to 10th November ,2024
Duration : 5 nights & 6 Days
Starting /End point : Lengpui Airport Mizoram

ITENERARY

Day 1: Arrive at Lengpui airport and transfer to stay at Hmuifang it's a 3hrs drive from Lengpui Airport we will do a afternoon birding session .

Day 2: Morning Birding at Sailam Bird Sanctuary and after breakfast proceed to Sangau with on the way birding at some hotspots We will reach Sangau around evening after a long drive of 171kms direct reach time is 6hrs might take long due to birding and lunch stop . Stay at Sangau Tourist Lodge.

Day 3-5 : Full day birding at Phawngpui National Park and different hotspots of Farpak . Stay at Sangau tourist Lodge .

Day 5: We will drive back to Lengpui with looking for birds we might have missed on Day 2 and our Final destination is Lengpui Tourist Lodge.

Day 6: We will do a morning birding session at Lengpui Tourist lodge around the premises and after breakfast drop off at Lengpui Airport .

GOA PELAGIC BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY EXPEDITION

Duration : 2 nights & 3 days
Dates: 18-20th October ,2024

Description on the expedition:
Pelagic birds are the birds that spend their entire lives at sea and only return to
land for nesting. They are adapted specifically to survive at sea or even be on
the wing for most of their lives. The best way to see them is to go out at sea
and try to spot them. In addition to these birds, it is also possible to spot other
marine life like dolphins, sea snakes, flying fishes and so on.

Itinerary :

Day 1: Arrival in the morningas early as possible followed by boat trip in river Zuari. Overnight at
hotel in Vasco

Day 2: Full day birding trip will start from Vasco Jetty at 6.00 am, spending the
whole day at sea trying to spot the targetted birds and returning back at around 5.00
pm. (Note breakfast and lunch will be served on boat ) Overnight at Hotel in Vasco .

Day 3: Morning birding at Agassaim mudflats followed by checkout after breakfast .

You all might have heard many negative rumours about a famous naturalist and bird guide from Chopta Valley Mr. Dinesh Singh Negi who has been guiding our batch of Chopta Valley Tour from 1st to 5th March, 2021. Check the reviews from our Tour Mentor Mr. Abhijit Nandan and our respected guest Mr. Goutam Kayal of this guide who has been defamed in last 2 weeks just before our tour started. As many of you had queries about the behavior and hospitality of this man, we made a little tribute by shooting this video footage. Please don't believe in negative rumours, support the local guides of respected places and do make a note that people get sick sometimes. Atleast they are also human beings and it might happen that they can fall sick sometimes and there is always alternative options to handle such problematic situations. Please share this post as much as possible like the way this man was defamed. He is the best possible guide you will get to work with in Chopta Valley.
