Ladakh tour
Srinagar - Leh - Manali

Day 1 - jammu pickup drive to Srinagar, evening spend in Dal Lake. Dinner and stay at Srinagar hotel.

Day 2 -Srinagar to kargil.

total distance between Srinagar and Kargil is approximately 210 kilometers. This will be about an 8-10 hours journey depending on your speed and breaks.

after breakfast drive to kargil. On the way visit sonemarg, joji la pass, drass ( worlds second coldest place ), kargil war memorial.
Dinner and stay at Kargil hotel.

Day 3 - Kargil to leh.

Kargil to Leh distance is approximately 140 kilometers. Vistas from here will change. Greenery will start to vanish and landscapes will turn into a cold desert.

This can easily be an 8-10 hours journey. See magnetic hill, monasteries at Mulbekh and Lamayuru, Indus-Zanskar river confluence, the tall Maitreya – Buddha statue in Mulbekh, Lunar Landscapes at Lamayuru, and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib on the way.
Reach lah at evening, check in hotel. Dinner and stay at leh hotel.

Day 4 - Leh local sightseen.

Stay for the day in Leh. Rest and give your body some time to adjust to high altitude. Arrange inner line permit.
After that visit some local places within the town like Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, or Leh market.

Day 5 - Leh to Khardung La to Diskit / Hunder

Today you will be traveling to the famous Nubra valley. An early start from Leh is again advised. Reach Khardung La which is at a distance of about 35 kilometers from Leh, spend some time at the top, and descend towards Nubra valley.

We can stay at either Diskit or Hunder for the night. It is a 6-8 hours journey depending on your speed.

The Maitreya Buddha statue, sand dunes, and Bactrian camels are the most famous tourist attractions. Dinner and stay in luxury camp in hundar.

Day 6 - hunder - turtuk - hunder.

After breakfast drive to Turtuk Village, This is Last Village of Ladakh (which is first time opened for the tourist in 2010) which is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war, the village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. Turtuk the village beautiful valley, part of Shyok Valley a old royal house to see in village. After Village drive to Thang 0 Point Sightseeing, after Evening back to Hunder, Check in Hotel/ Camp dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 7 - Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok Road. Approximately 6 to 7 hour journey.

After breakfast Check out Hotel / Camp and drive to pangong lake via Crosse the Shyok River one the way Tangse Villige Enjoy and photo shoot near Pangong Lake , Pangong Lake is highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Full Day Enjoy. Dinner Overnight stay in Camp / Cottages.

Day 8 - Pangong Lake - Leh Back via Changla Pass (Approx 6 hrs)

After Breakfast check out Camp and drive back to Leh via Chang-la Pass, third highest motor able road in the world. On the way Visit Thiksay Monastery or Shey Monastery, 3 Idito School, after visit to Sindhu Darshan, After Sightseeing driver will drop to the Leh Main Market or Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 9 - Leh – Tso Moriri via Chumathang – Namashang La

Travelling this route would cover a total distance of 220 kilometres. Depending on your speed and breaks, travel duration might range from 6 to 7 hours.
route from Leh to Tso Moriri. The itinerary for the journey is as follows.

Shey – Karu – Upshi – Kumdok – Kere – Chumathang – Mahe – Sumdo – Namashang La – Karzok Leh - Shey – Karu – Upshi – Kumdok – Kere – Chumathang – Mahe – Sumdo – Namashang La – Karzok (Tso Moriri)

Once you reach tso moriri check in luxury camp, enjoy the beauti of the lake, dinner and stay.

Day 10 - Tsomoriri -Tsokar -Jispa or sarchu

After breakfast retrace the route down to Puga Sumdo and then follow the road across the Polokongka Pass (4920 mtrs) to visit Tsokar Lake, a salt lake system in the Rupsho plateau which is home of the Changa nomads and support many rare wild life species. After sightseeing of the area take the Manali-Leh road at Morai Plains and further drive to Jispa or Sarchu . Check in at the hotel / camp and overnight stay.

Day 11 - Sarchu or Jispa to Manali via baralachala pass.

Today after an early breakfast drive to manali on leh manali highway. Its around 8 to 9 hours journey depending on weather and road conditions of the passes. Today we crossed another higher mountain paa baralachala pass ( 4800 miter ) and also Rohtang Pass (3980 m).

After reach manali check in hotel, take rest. Dinner and over night stay.

12 day - Manali to Chandigarh.

After breakfast drive to Chandigarh to board the train to howrah. On the way visit kulu, Mandi.
