Finally, it is time to remember the eminent personality of Indian Army, Captain Harbhajan
Singh who is known for his unusual story. He is that significant soldier who is still believed to
be with us even after his tragic death in the Indo-Pak war of 1965. At the altitude of 4000 m,
every Indian worships this a pure soul in a shrine named after him as Baba Harbhajan Mandir.

DAY 3 : GANGTOK TO PELLING VIA RAVANGLA

Your Pelling Sightseeing Tour starts today. In the morning after breakfast visit :
Pelling Skywalk and Sangacholing Monastery - Pelling Skywalk is a new attraction and
an engineering marvel and located just 3 km from Pelling town. The breathtaking view of
Mt. Kanchanjhungha makes visitors spellbound from here, and you can reach the
Sangacholing Buddha Statue from here.
Rimbi Waterfalls - About 12kms away from Pelling and about 5kms further down from
Darap village is Rimbi River Bank which falls on the way
to Khecheopalri and Yuksam where the main attractions are the river, waterfalls.
Khecheopalri Lake - Before leaving, make an immortal wish on it. It is a very holy and
sacred lake, and birds prohibit any leaves to drop on the lake. This lake is a small paradise
for Photographer & Bird Explorer. Khechipelri Lake makes people spellbound with its
serenity and holiness. Try to attend the Maghe Purne Festival celebrated in April by
floating Diyas & offering Food.
Orange Rock Garden - developed by the tourism department of Sikkim, richly maintained
with rocks, gardens, pools, zigzag foot paths and interesting recreation amenities like
swimming yard, viewpoints and cafeteria.
Kanchenjunga Water Falls - an hour-long drive from Pelling, is a must see natural beauty.
After lunch go for visits to
Pemayangtse Monastery - constructed in 17th century, this headquarters of the
Nyingma sect nestles on an altitude of 2085 mtrs and is surrounded by snow-clad
mountains. After complete drive for Ravangla hoemstay. On arrival check in at Hotel.
Evening is free for leisure. Overnight at Ravangla.

DAY 4 : pelling – New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)/BagdograAirport (IXB) ( 130km/4 hrs
drive) via NAMCHI

It is the day when you will head back to your regular place. Have good food, pack your bags
and take care of your stuff while you travel towards NJP/IXB. On the way back, recollect all
the memories of the considerable range of climate and altitudes and great calmness of
PELLING.
