Incredible Sundarban gives you an opportunity to meet with our national pride
Considered as one of the biggest Mangrove Forests in the world, the Sundarban National Park is located in the southernmost part of Gangetic West Bengal. Also the largest Tiger Reserve of India, the Sundarban National park attracts tourists from all over the World.
Covered by a buffer zone, the core area of Sunderban National Park is too dangerous to pay a visit. Still, at present, under the special supervision of the Department of Forest, travelers can go and enjoy the vast mangrove forest, the natural habitat of Royal Bengal Tiger and the tributaries.
People from all over the world do visit the Sundarban National Park mostly during the months of December to February. It is also being considered as the best time to watch migratory birds as they flock around the delta region during this season. As a result thousands of birdwatchers also plan for a holiday in this particular place.
