• The escalation rates of fuel prices,insurance & road tax will be charged.
• Kilometer or hour is chargeable as per whichever is higher for on Calls assignment only. Our garage is in Bhowanipore the Kilometer and time will be calculated from our garage Bhowanipore to Bhowanipore. Priority will be providing vehicle from the nearest/shortest Point but at any given time replaced vehicle will be provided to our garage Bhowanipore basis in case of break down Cab.
• There is a minimum charge you have to pay for short period requirement.
• For natural calamities and political strike we will endeavor to our best services to you, but the we will not allow any heavy water lodge area during rainy season.
• The 100% payment bills becomes payable within 30 days of submission of the same and the terms of payment should be expressly mentioned in the purchase order for corporate requirements.
• Duty slips/log book must be duly filled by the user at the time of releasing and that will be final.We will not responsible for any wrong km/hr filled by the user.
• The given rates are subject to service tax & education secs as per prevailing rate.
• Payment details must be given with every payment showing the amount of TDS deducted.
• The car duty will be start after getting the purchase order only for corporate movement. Hope the above mentioned will be acceptable by you and will be given a favorable opportunity by your potential order.

It is a great loss for our Family Kolkata Cabs that Mr. Samar Mukherjee is no longer with us . Mr. Mukherjee was a diligent and reliable person. He will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace.
