যারা টোটো কোম্পানীর পরিচালনায় কাস্টমাইজড ট্যুরে যাওয়ার কথা ভাবছেন তাদের জন্য।

১) ট্যুর নিয়ে কথা বলার আগে প্রথমেই আমি কে, অফিস কোথায়, কোথায় ট্যুর করি, আমার কাজের পদ্ধতি কী, আমাকে ভরসা করা যায় কিনা, এই ধরণের আবশ্যিক প্রশ্নের উত্তর বিশদে জেনে নিন।

২) আমি যাদের জন্য ট্যুর বানিয়েছি তাদের আমার কাজ কেমন লেগেছে সেটাও জেনে নিন। তবে শুধুমাত্র অন্যের কথায় প্রভাবিত হয়ে সিদ্ধান্ত নেবেন না।

৩) আমি যেহেতু একা হাতে পুরো কাজ সামলাই তাই প্রতি মাসে সীমিত সংখ্যক ট্যুর করি। আপনি যখন চাইছেন তখন আমি আদৌ ফাঁকা আছি কিনা আমার ট্র্যাভেল ক্যালেন্ডার থেকে জেনে নিন।

৪) আপনার প্রস্তাবিত ট্যুরে কতদিন সময় লাগতে পারে এবং কত খরচ হতে পারে সেটা সম্পর্কে একটা সম্যক ধারণা নিয়ে তবেই আমাকে যোগাযোগ করবেন। টাকা আপনার, সুতরাং বাজেট নির্ধারণ করার দায়িত্বও আপনার। আমার কাজ হল সম্ভব হলে সেই বাজেটে ট্যুর তৈরী করা।

৫) ফোন করার আগে এই প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর সংক্ষেপে জানিয়ে মেসেজ করুন। নাম, বয়স, পেশা, কোথায় যাবেন, কবে যাবেন, কতদিনের জন্য যাবেন, কজন মিলে যাবেন, বাজেট কত, এর আগে বিদেশ গেছেন কিনা। এই তথ্যগুলো পাওয়ার পরেই আমি আপনার সাথে কথা বলব।

৬) গ্রুপ ট্যুর বা প্যাকেজ ট্যুর আমি করি না। অন্য কোনো গ্রুপে জুড়ে দেওয়ার অনুরোধ করবেন না। সেটা আমার নীতির বিরুদ্ধে। যদি গাইড ছাড়া এভাবে একা বেড়াতে যেতে ভরসা না পান তবে কাস্টমাইজড ট্যুর আপনার জন্য নয়।

৭) বিশেষ কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আমি ট্যুর করিনা যেমন সোলো ট্রাভেলার, শুধুমাত্র সিনিয়র সিটিজেন, ফ্যামিলি/ফ্রেন্ড রিইউনিয়ন, অফিসিয়াল/বিজনেজ ট্যুর, এলটিসি ইত্যাদি। পরিস্থিতি বিশেষে এর ব্যাতিক্রম হতে পারে।

৮) প্যাকেজ প্রাইস বা ট্যুর ডিটেইলস চেয়ে টেক্সট বা ফোন করবেন না, উত্তর পাবেন না। কারণ আমার কাজের পদ্ধতি ভিন্ন। এখানে প্রত্যেকটা ট্যুর আলাদা। আমি ক্লায়েনটদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী ট্যুর বানাই এবং আমার কাজের পরিবর্তে একটা নির্দিষ্ট পারিশ্রমিক নিই।

৯) আমি আমার পারিশ্রমিক পাওয়ার পরেই কাজ শুরু করি। তাই আমাকে যে কাজের ভার দিতে চলেছেন সেটা সম্পর্কে এবং আমার কাজের পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে আপনার একটা সুস্পষ্ট ধারণা থাকলে তবেই আলোচনা ফলপ্রসু হবে।

Last night, 26-Mar, when Mr. Debanjan Mukherjee was returning from his honeymoon trip to Bali another group of six persons led by Mr. Kartick Bal began their two weeks Europe trip. Today, after a few hours they will land in Paris. And Mr. Ayan Pakrasi and his family has been traveling in Europe for the last few days. After travelling in Italy now they are in Switzerland. Once these tours are over another few families will start their tours in April and May. Those who are looking for customised tours in June to September may contact me now. There will be no more tour booking outside these four months. October is also fully booked.
