Swasthigriha Beach Homestay is our 2nd homestay, located just 1.5 KM away from Cherai beach junction, an ideal location for leisure travelers and has been providing its excellent hospitality services to its guests ,with a pleasant stay experience. The friendly staff and quick service ensure catering to the personalized needs and requirements of the guests. As per our policy, we allow check-in at 14:00 and the standard check-out time is 11:00. The early check-in and late check-out policies are solely managed by the management. To facilitate a smooth check-in process, the guests are required to carry a valid photo ID proof. There are two types of rooms available in this homestay. One room with separate balcony and sea view, and other two are Deluxe rooms. All rooms are air conditioned with en suite bathrooms. Hot water is available in all bath rooms.

സെപ്റ്റംബര്‍ പതിനഞ്ചിനാണ് ഈ വർഷത്തെ ഉതൃട്ടാതി ജലോത്സവം. വള്ളസദ്യ ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 5 മുതല്‍ ഒക്ടോബര്‍ 6 വരെയും, അഷ്ടമിരോഹിണി വള്ളസദ്യ ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 23നും നടക്കും.

ജലോത്സവം കേന്ദ്ര ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മലാ സീതാരാമന്‍ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് അറന്മുള പള്ളിയോട സേവാ സംഘം പ്രസിഡന്റ് അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജലോത്സവത്തില്‍ ഇത്തവണ അന്‍പത്തിരണ്ട് പള്ളിയോടങ്ങള്‍ ആണ് പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നത്.

ജലോത്സവത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ജില്ലാ ദുരന്തനിവാരണ അതോറിറ്റിയുടെ അടിയന്തരഘട്ട കാര്യനിര്‍വഹണ കേന്ദ്രം ആറന്മുള സത്രത്തില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കും. കണ്‍ട്രോള്‍ റൂമില്‍ എല്ലാ ഡിപ്പാര്‍ട്ടുമെന്റ് തല ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരേയും ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ഏകോപിപ്പിക്കും.

ഹരിതചട്ടം പാലിച്ചായിരിക്കും ആറന്മുള ഉത്രട്ടാതി ജലോത്സവം നടക്കുക.

ആറന്മുള അമ്പലക്കടവിനടുത്ത് പള്ളിയോടങ്ങള്‍ അടുക്കുന്നതിന് തടസമായി നില്‍ക്കുന്ന മണ്‍പുറ്റുകള്‍ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് 6.40 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ഉടന്‍ അനുവദിക്കും. വള്ളംകളി നടക്കുന്ന വാട്ടര്‍ സ്റ്റേഡിയം ഉള്‍പ്പെടുന്ന പമ്പാനദിയില്‍ പ്രളയാനന്തരമുണ്ടായിട്ടുള്ള മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ പഠിക്കുന്നതിന് ജലസേചന വകുപ്പിനെ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഫയര്‍ഫോഴ്‌സിന്റെ പ്രത്യേക പരിശീലനം ലഭിച്ച സ്‌കൂബാ ടീമിനെ വള്ളംകളി നടക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് വിന്യസിക്കും.

ജലോത്സവ ദിനത്തിലും ട്രയല്‍ റണ്‍ ദിനത്തിലും പമ്പാനദിയില്‍ അവശ്യമായ ജല ലഭ്യതയ്ക്കായി മണിയാര്‍, അള്ളുങ്കല്‍, കാരിക്കയം, പെരുന്തേനരുവി തുടങ്ങിയ അണക്കെട്ടുകള്‍ തുറക്കേണ്ട സാഹചര്യം പരിശോധിക്കും. തുറക്കേണ്ട സാഹചര്യമുണ്ടായാല്‍ വിവരം ഇറിഗേഷന്‍, പി ഐപി അധികൃതര്‍ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് സമര്‍പ്പിക്കണം. പരിപാടിയുടെ പൂര്‍ണമായ ചുമതലയും ഏകോപന പ്രവൃത്തനങ്ങളും നിര്‍വഹിക്കുന്നതിന് അടൂര്‍ റവന്യു ഡിവിഷണല്‍ ഓഫീസറെ കോ- ഓര്‍ഡിനേറ്ററായും കോഴഞ്ചേരി തഹസില്‍ദാരെ ജോയിന്റ് കോ -ഓര്‍ഡിനേറ്ററായും ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ജലോത്സവം, അഷ്ടമിരോഹിണി വള്ളസദ്യ ദിനങ്ങളില്‍ തിരുവല്ല, ചെങ്ങന്നൂര്‍, പന്തളം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, അടൂര്‍, മല്ലപ്പള്ളി, റാന്നി എന്നീ ഡിപ്പോകളില്‍ നിന്ന് സ്‌പെഷല്‍ സര്‍വീസുകള്‍ കെഎസ്ആര്‍ടിസി നടത്തും.
