Showcasing an exotic character and cloaked in a transcendental aura, Ladakh is a destination, which is gaining immense popularity among globetrotters.

About the Tour:
On this tour, you will be exploring the jewels of Ladakh.
This finely tailored tour package would take you to see a world, so serene and picture-perfect, which seems like a dreamland.
Continue your tour and then cross over the Changla Pass. Visit some other places like Thiksey Monastery, etc.
Visit the Pangong Lake on the Indo China border which is the main attraction of this circuit, situated at 14,000 feet.
Meet the local people here and learn about their culture and tradition as you click a memorable picture. Enjoy your 3days at beautiful nubra valley,
Move ahead towards Srinagar covering Kargil and Zojila Pass. Or covering jespa crossing rohtang pass towards manali.
Conclude the trip after 9 days and 8 nights and head back home with lots of memories.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at Leh
You will be arriving in Leh for your Leh-Srinagar tour.
You will be picked up by our representative and be transferred to the hotel.
After check in, it is abhdvised that you take some rest in the day to acclimatize
In the evening, you will visiting Leh Palace followed by exploring the local bazaar.
Dinner and overnight in Leh hotel
• Day 2 - Sham Valley Excursion
After breakfast this morning, you will be driving to witness the beautiful confluence of Zanskar and Indus.
Post this, you will be taken to the famous Gurudwara Pathar Sahib for a spiritual experience
Then the road takes you to the enigmatic Magnetic Hill, where you will witness the vehicle moving uphill even in the neutral gear
Dinner and overnight in Leh Hotel
• Day 3 - Leh to Nubra via Khardung-la Pass
After a scrumptious breakfast this morning, you will be driving on the highest motorable civilian road in the world, on the Khardung La Pass
From Khardung La top, you will have an uninterrupted and magnificent view of the Nubra Valley
You will then drive to the white sand dunes of Hundar and experience riding a double-humped camel ride
You will then check in to the camp, and if time permits, you will be visiting the Diskit monastery
Dinner and overnight in camp in Nubra
• Day 4 - Nubra to Turtuk Village or saichen basecamp,,
• After breakfast, drive towards turtuk.
Witness Turtuk gram panchayat which is the northernmost village of India.
Or
• army basecamps known as highest battle field in the world, and back to hotel/camp
• Come back to the hotel and relax.
• Day 5 - Nubra to Pangong Lake
After Breakfast this morning, you will be driven towards the Indo-China border to visit the majestic Pangong Tso
The lake is about 6 to 7 km at its widest point and about a 160kms long, with 60% of its water in China.
Gaze at the spectacular views of the mountains of the Chang Chenmo range to the north.
Dinner and overnight stay.
• Day 6 - Drive back to Leh from Pangong
Embark on your drive from Pangong to Leh through Changla
On the way back, visit Thiksey Monastery as well. Also, visit the famous Shey Palace and Gompa
By late evening, you will arrive at Leh
Dinner and overnight in Leh hotel
• Day 7 - Leh/ Lamayuru/ Kargil
After Breakfast start drive to Lamayuru.
Visit Basgo Palace and Lamayuru monastery and Alchi gompa which is one of the oldest monasteries of Ladakh region.
Today you will also drive over Ladakh and Srinagar highway.
Travel onwards to Kargil Enroute visiting Giant Buddha at Mulbek.
On arrival check in at a hotel in Kargil.
Or
Day 7 – Leh – Jespa.
After Breakfast start drive to sarchu crossing another famous pass known as Taklangla pass , baralacha , pang, sarchu transit etc,, overnight at KEYLONG or JESPA village.
Dinner and overnight in hotel

• Day 8 - Kargil/Zojila pass/ Srinagar
Head towards Srinagar
After Breakfast drive to Srinagar passing through Drass, the second coldest inhabited Place on earth.
Today you can see Kargil war memorial, Tiger Hill and other Peaks other famous peaks.
Arrive at Srinagar by evening.
Overnight at the hotel.
Or
Day 8 – Jespa – Manali.
After Breakfast drive towards manali crossing famous Rohtang pass,, enjoy the view of himgiri known as Himachal.
Dinner and overnight in hotel

• Day 9 – Departure,.
• You will be transferred to the airport or bus stand...

The monastery is located at an altitude of 3,600 metres (11,800 ft) in the Indus Valley. It is a twelve-storey complex and houses many items of Buddhist art such as stupas, statues, thangkas, wall paintings and swords. One of the main points of interest is the Maitreya Temple installed to commemorate the visit of the 14th Dalai Lama to this monastery in 1970; it contains a 15 metres (49 ft) high statue of Maitreya, the largest such statue in Ladakh, covering two stories of the building.
It is located on top of a hill in Thiksey village approximately 22 kilometres ) east of Leh in Ladakh, India. It is noted for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet and is the largest gompa in central Ladakh,

Panikhar Population - Kargil,
Panikhar is a medium size village located in Sanku Tehsil of Kargil district, Jammu and Kashmir with total 43 families residing. The Panikhar village has population of 325 of which 165 are males while 160 are females as per Population Census 2011.

In Panikhar village population of children with age 0-6 is 31 which makes up 9.54 % of total population of village. Average S*x Ratio of Panikhar village is 970 which is higher than Jammu and Kashmir state average of 889. Child S*x Ratio for the Panikhar as per census is 722, lower than Jammu and Kashmir average of 862.
